Our approach is simple. We work with you to identify and understand your audiences. Then, we define the outcomes that we’re looking to achieve with those audiences as a result of their visit to your website. What do we want them to think about you? What do we want them to do? What key requirements do they have that need to be satisfied?

Having mapped audiences to outcomes, our consultants and user experience designers will work with you to model user journeys. These user journeys will require specific content and functionality to translate a prospective client to a lead, a prospective purchaser to a sale, a prospective employee to an application.

What you end up with is a website that sets out to achieve results – results that you can measure, that become your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). We’ll talk a lot about metrics, about reporting. We’ll be very focused on designing calls to action that deliver return on investment for you.
